Some are, though most of what I cover is still under construction or newly launched. A few projects — such as select phases in Botani — already have their Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC), meaning they're ready to move into now rather than waiting for a future handover. Check each project's completion status before shortlisting if a move-in-ready home matters to you.

There's no single best area — it depends on your budget, monthly instalment comfort, property type, tenure preference, completion timing and how close you need to be to work, schools or family.
