This page lists the detached bungalows I'm currently handling in Ipoh, sorted by price so you can see quickly where your budget lands.
Bungalows come in small batches — often a handful of units on the largest or corner lots of a development — so the list is short and changes as units sell.
For each project you'll find the starting price, land size and built-up, tenure, bedrooms and expected handover.

Ask about bungalowsThe bungalow new launches on my current list start from RM699,800 (Klemeru 4 Pavilion Bungalow, Klebang / Meru) and go up to RM2,180,000 (Thompson Prestige, Ipoh Town). Land size, number of storeys and address account for most of the spread. Send me your budget and I'll shortlist from what is actually launching.
On my current list: The Eleve11 @ Thompson (Bungalow) in Ipoh Town (Single Storey Bungalow, from RM1,368,000) and Thompson Prestige in Ipoh Town (2.5 Storey Bungalow, from RM2,180,000). Tenure can differ between phases of the same development, so confirm it on the unit you are looking at.
Yes — Klemeru 4 Pavilion Bungalow in Klebang / Meru (Single Storey Bungalow, from RM699,800) and The Eleve11 @ Thompson (Bungalow) in Ipoh Town (Single Storey Bungalow, from RM1,368,000). Everything is on one floor, which suits older parents or anyone who would rather not climb stairs every day.
Right now I have bungalows in Klebang / Meru, Botani and Ipoh Town. They come in small numbers — a developer usually builds only a handful on the largest or corner lots of a scheme.
Not yet — every bungalow on my current list is still under construction. Ask me for the progress of the one you like; some have show units or near-finished houses to walk through.
Very few: Klemeru 4 Pavilion Bungalow has 1 unit, Bungalow On The Hill has 4 units and The Eleve11 @ Thompson (Bungalow) has 1 unit. Small batches sell unit by unit, so check what is left before you compare.
A bungalow stands on its own lot with no shared wall, so you get space on all four sides, more privacy and freedom to extend. A semi-D shares one wall. In practice the bungalow costs noticeably more for the same built-up, so it is worth it when you will use the extra land. Compare with the semi-D list before deciding.
