Move-In Ready

Completed Houses Ready to Move In

This page lists the projects on my current list that already have CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance) obtained — sorted from the lowest price up.

You can inspect the actual unit, not a show unit, and move in without waiting on construction milestones or a progress payment schedule.

For each project you'll find the starting price, location and unit type. Want to view one this week? Message me and I'll check what's still available.

Frequently Asked Questions About Completed Houses in Ipoh

What does "CCC obtained" mean?

CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance) is the official sign-off that a building is safe and fit to occupy. Once a project has it, the units are legally ready to move into — no waiting on construction milestones.

What's the advantage of buying a completed unit over one still under construction?

You can inspect the exact physical unit before committing, not a show unit or a floor plan, and you can move in or start renting it out immediately once the purchase completes. The trade-off is usually less choice of unit and lot position, since the popular ones may already be taken.

Do I still need a loan for a completed house?

Yes, the same way as any other purchase — the difference is there's no staged progress payment schedule tied to construction milestones, since the building is already done. Ask us and we'll walk you through what applies to the specific project.

Can I renovate a completed unit before moving in?

Usually yes, once the purchase is finalised and keys are handed over, unlike a unit still under construction where changes to the developer's plan aren't possible. If you're financing with a bank loan, the property is still subject to the bank's charge until the loan is settled, so check your loan agreement for any renovation-related conditions. Structural changes generally need local council approval — the exact requirement depends on what you're changing, so confirm with the council or your contractor before starting work.

Is a completed unit more expensive than an under-construction one in the same project?

Not always, but it can be — developers sometimes price later phases or completed remaining units differently from the original launch price. Ask us for the current price on the specific unit rather than assuming from the original launch figure.
